- a pop up window will launch. Use the "Choose
File" button to locate your file on your computer.
Click "Upload" to continue. Be patient,
a large file may take a few minutes to upload depending
on your file's size. A new screen will appear asking
you to close the upload window when the upload
is complete. Close the window and complete the
remainder of the form (step two below). |

us with details about your baby. We require only
one option, your baby's first name - everything else
is optional. All submissions will be reviewed before
being posted to our site. Only your baby's first
name and your comments (if you provide any) will
be posted. Click submit when done. |
