I knew from the first time I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. T and spoke with you that I was going to love DVIF& G. You made me feel so comfortable. You probably don't remember, but I told you that I had been to another practice that was awful. You listened and offered me such kind words. You were truly a godsend after all I had experienced. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dear Marie,

I will never forget you! I'm going to tell my child all of what's beautiful in this world and will probably start by talking about Nurse Marie. Your picture should be next to the definition of the ideal nurse, along with all of your characteristics. You're incredibly comforting, sweet, caring, knowledgeable, and the list goes on. You remembered so much about me and the events of my life which made me feel special. You comforted me on September 27, 2006 when I found out that I was no longer pregnant. 

You've made these last 11 to 12 weeks of pregnancy enjoyable. I can't believe that I won't see you two to three times a week. I'm going to miss you so much.

Dear Marge,

I  can't think of another face that I'd rather see when I first enter my doctor's office. You are wonderful! Thank you so much for being so kind, warm, and prayerful. I was moved when you said you prayed for all of your patients one weekend when you went away. Soon after that I became pregnant!!! Yippee! I'm also thankful that I had the opportunity to meet you.

To the DVIF& G Staff,

Thank you for the baby spoons. That was so nice of you to think of us during this exciting time. Andy and I are so lucky to have had found all of you. We are so thankful for all of your help and hard work. We couldn't imagine our lives without our babies.

Dear Dr. T,

I'm going to miss hearing " Melanie, come in here dear." I am truly going to miss having you as my doctor. Infertility is one of the most painful and emotional experiences that I have had to face. You made it bearable. In fact, I looked forward to seeing you on Mondays and Fridays because I knew that my fears and worries would cease after I met with you. It's hard for me to trust anyone, which is why it's so emotional for me to leave your practice. I trust you TOTALLY.

Thank you so much for all of your help, patience, and kindness throughout the years. Juliana Emma, born on March 17, 2005, was not enough. Thank you for helping make our " little miracle" possible. Sara Kate Cassidy was born on December 1st, and she's absolutely beautiful! I wonder if Sara Kate would be here at all if it weren't for the progesterone you put me on to help maintain our pregnancy. She is such a precious miracle. Thank you for doing your part in the " miracle-working business." Your work helps so many people. Not many jobs allow us to help in such a powerful and amazing way. Keep up the good work!

PS: Two of our friends also delivered babies this past year thanks to help from  you and your staff. It's been a great year for all of us.

It seems like once we figured out that a healthy diet, stress reduction, and glucophage were the way to go, we were pregnant within three months.

This card captured my thoughts so perfectly because truly, words cannot express my sincere gratitude for making our dream of a family possible. For that, I will be forever grateful to you. Throughout my crazy adventures as your patient you always treated me with great kindness and respect. You never made me feel like " a number" or just a patient for that matter. It's obvious that you possess the special ability to see and treat your patients as people who have feelings, get stressed, and want nothing more than to have their dream of a healthy baby come true.

We just celebrated our sons' first birthday. We all are doing well. Josh and Sam have brought so much happiness to us and our extended family and friends.
